About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery.
  • Repair and service remote desktops using RDP; leverage Azure expertise to support clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role using Azure.
  • Proficiency in Remote Desktop protocols and RMM.
  • Background in an MSP environment.
  • Azure and Microsoft certifications.
