Technical Support Specialist

This role provides remote and onsite technical assistance to customers in the Asia Pacific region.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, distributors, and field personnel via various communication channels.
  • Configure hardware for irrigation applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue-generating services, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Log, track, and follow up on product and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and technical support expertise.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese or English and Korean languages.
