Job Description

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong connections with key customers to maximize sales opportunities within their assigned territory.

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Builds and maintains relationships with Key Customers (store and Area/Regional Managers) to maximize sales opportunities each session.
    • Meet key customer contacts to upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity.
  • In-Store Execution
    • Ensure Quality, Freshness and Standards of in-store execution are met according to the Field Action Standards set under the My Perfect Store Guidelines.
    • Develop a plan to achieve all display and execution quality targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
    • Ensure the availability of all POS material for activations in-store, including the ordering of all POS to local sheds in a timely manner.
Requirements

You must have a passion for field sales or a hunger to start a career in FMCG. You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships, as well as have a 'can-do' attitude.

As a Territory Manager, you will need to be resilient and self-motivated to drive results within an autonomous role and have developed time management and organizational skills to be successful.
