We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team.
This is a critical role with responsibilities of maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers and providing expert technical advice on equipment maintenance, installation, and servicing.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional service to customers through collaboration with the wider organisation.
Providing best-in-class technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
Maintaining high levels of knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Required skills and qualifications include:
Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defence Force.
A restricted electrical licence is highly regarded.
Candidates must hold a full AU driver's license and have Australian working rights.
