This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our customer support team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to engage with customers, providing training, support, and analysis for their billing and account concerns.
As the Subject Matter Expert on Enterprise Account and Billing issues, you will proactively help customers avoid potential risks and dive deep to understand the underlying root causes to resolve customer problems.
The ideal candidate will have some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives
- Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high-levels of support
- Analyze and resolve technical and functional product issues for internal and external customers
