About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions with our key prospects and customers, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities and integrations.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities.
  • S support customers through their trial process with Vanta.
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent title.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment that lacks structure of a larger organization.
  • Be creative, technical, and naturally persuasive.
  • Have general knowledge with a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, and JavaScript) and a desire to expand those skills.
