The role of a Technical Service Delivery Analyst involves delivering technical support and services to internal and external customers. This includes collaborating with the Service Desk, Delivery Team, and ITSM processes to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Desk and Delivery Team with technical escalation and help them deliver according to SLA and KPI requirements.
- Adhere to and expand ITIL best practices and processes per the Council's ITSM requirements.
- Participate in technical projects involving internal staff training and engagement.
- Provide an excellent customer experience in delivering all IT Services.
