Customer-Facing IT Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Engineer to fill this position. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues for ServiceNow partners and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop subject matter expertise within the customer support department.
- Collaborate with other team members in various technologies.
- Manage and resolve challenging technical issues for ServiceNow partners and customers.
- 4+ years of experience providing customer-facing technical support (web-based products or e-commerce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle.
- Familiarity with web application stack components.
- Working knowledge of Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems.
- Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Citizenship or permanent residency in Australia.
