Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Engineer to fill this position. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues for ServiceNow partners and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop subject matter expertise within the customer support department.
  • Collaborate with other team members in various technologies.
  • Manage and resolve challenging technical issues for ServiceNow partners and customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience providing customer-facing technical support (web-based products or e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle.
  • Familiarity with web application stack components.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems.
  • Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Citizenship or permanent residency in Australia.
