About the Role

The Equipment Repair Quote Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and finalization of Toyota Material Handling equipment repair quotes. This position will provide critical support to Area Service Representatives by providing accurate quotes to customers for all tyre and wheel replacements, as well as any rental return or de-hire customer damage repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and Account Managers to ensure accurate pricing is applied to quotes.
  2. Collaborate with the Rental Manager, Area Service Representatives, and Service Department to guarantee all rental return, De-hire customer damage to TMHA rental units is priced accurately and invoiced according to customer Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions.
  3. Follow up on outstanding quotations to enhance customer service levels and maximize retail work opportunities.
  4. Compile and complete all quotes in an accurate and timely manner to meet TMHA and customer requirements.
  5. Liaise with technicians to identify necessary parts, sublets, and labour required for repairs.
  6. Ensure all data is correct and update relevant databases and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trade/mechanical background with field or workshop experience (desired).
  • Solid experience in the spare parts department and knowledge of TMHA systems (desired).
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Proven ability to liaise and negotiate with all levels of management, internal and external customers.
  • Experience in processing a high volume of purchase orders and quotes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic in all dealings with customers and TMHA personnel.
