About the role

  • Preparation of quotes for external customers
  • Preparation and compilation of digital documentation
  • Ensuring all documents are verified and compliant
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure approved quotes are actioned
  • Identifying solutions to drive efficiencies within the quoting process
  • Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external clients
  • Maintaining a high standard and quality of work output

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience working in administration
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (especially Excel) and Adobe
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate
