Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Providing detailed quotes and estimates for repairs.
  • Booking and scheduling all work, as well as managing invoicing and work in progress.

Requirements:

  • Able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
