About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estimating repairs and providing excellent customer service. They will be highly professional, personable, and possess strong systems experience and computer abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately quoting vehicles, completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online, and ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

They will also be required to manage parts for repairs, assist with production management of the centre where required, and handle over completed repairs to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online
  • Manage parts for repairs
  • Assist with production management of the centre
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
