The Role

We are seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and repair Life Fitness equipment at customer sites including gyms residential sites corporate sites defence bases and homes in the Greater Melbourne Area.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment at customer sites interacting with customers addressing any issues that may arise returning to the Spare parts head Office to collect parts and interacting with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator coordinating with teams at Head Office for further diagnosis support or additional/replacement parts.

About You

  • You should be a positive thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • You must be able to interact with customers in a timely constructive and positive manner.
  • You should be articulate in your communication both written and spoken.
  • You need solid time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Australian Drivers license.
  • Able to understand plans drawings and technical specifications.
  • Previous relatable experience Electrical or Mechanical repair experience.
