Job Role: Service Quoting Advisor

This is a key role working with the service quoting team to provide timely and accurate quotes to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective quotes to customers ensuring market competitiveness and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure quotes have a consistent format and pricing, making use of standard jobs and templates wherever possible.
  • Provide input to the repair options advisors on the need for additional standard jobs.
  • Support internal teams on certified rebuilds and major projects.
About You

You will bring mechanical trade qualification (ideally on heavy plant and equipment).

Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally a service coordinator, service supervisor, or team leader) is required.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Strong time management skills and ability to multitask are required.

A proactive and helpful approach to tasks is expected.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualification (ideally on heavy plant and equipment)
  • Customer-facing experience (ideally in a service coordinator, service supervisor, or team leader role)
