As a dedicated Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support that empowers individuals with diverse special needs to maximize their independence.
Our approach focuses on providing individualized assistance through co-developed recovery programs that are both effective and realistic.
Key objectives include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills
- Fostering connections within the community
- Encouraging personal and social development
- Assisting with education, training, and employment
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing ADL support and assisting with life skills
- Creating client file notes and contributing to administrative responsibilities
Required qualifications include:
- Relevant qualification in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support/Social Work
- Full Victorian Driver's License and own vehicle (registered in your name)
- National Criminal Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Manual Handling (preferable)
