About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Inner City Suburbs of Melbourne.

Your key responsibility will be to provide high-quality services and support to our clients, enabling them to reach their goals and achieve independence.

  • Community access and transport
  • Domestic and Personal care

The hours of work vary and include weekday shifts and weekend shifts. Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12am.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent and minimum 12 months experience
  • A background with clients integrating into the community from the justice system
  • A Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • An NDIS worker screening check
  • An Employee WWCC
  • A Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
