Client Support Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Support Coordinator to join our team for a fixed-term period. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, precise administration, and outstanding client service.

  • Accurately and efficiently process client orders and media bookings.
  • Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
  • Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.
  • Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems (e.g., AdPoint).
  • Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.
  • Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets.
  • Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the client experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment. They will be client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines are essential.
