Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our account teams in delivering successful campaigns for iconic brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for helping clients unlock growth through effective campaign execution, media planning, and financial management tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the client team, ensuring smooth campaign execution and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Assist with media planning and buying across various formats and mediums, maintaining a keen eye on details.
  • Ensure accurate reporting for internal and client needs, maintaining meticulous records and databases.
  • Manage material instructions, ensuring they are correct and distributed in a timely manner, meeting client expectations.
  • Help with financial management tasks related to campaigns, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist with booking media across all platforms, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Load bookings into BCC within 24 hours of the booking, streamlining the process for efficient operations.
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry of campaigns, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Post-match all TV campaigns weekly, ensuring consistency and reliability in reporting.
  • Support the team on day-to-day tasks, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Entry-level position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and concise interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a working knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
  • Media degree and/or agency internship experience a plus, showcasing a passion for the industry and dedication to career growth.
