Job Title

A Client Campaign Coordinator is needed to support senior team members in client campaigns, enhance media relations and contribute to strategic PR initiatives.

About the Role

This role involves collaborating with senior team members to develop actionable client communications materials, staying up-to-date on client industries and competitors, observing and learning from senior team members to service clients effectively, participating in team and client meetings and presenting views as needed. The ideal candidate will also learn proprietary tools such as Digital Catalyst Cards and Creative Catalyst Network, support research and measurement methodologies for IC programs, monitor media coverage and assist with daily administrative tasks, coordinate press materials and events, stay informed on social media trends and implement digital programs as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Stay current on industry news and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client communications materials
  • Support senior team members in client campaign execution
  • Participate in team and client meetings
  • Leverage proprietary tools to enhance client services
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform IC program strategies
  • Monitor media coverage and provide insights to senior team members
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate press materials and events
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 6 months + of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings, demonstrating self-starter attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
