We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Coordinator to join our Brunch Direct team. This key role supports our phone sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery and effective communication with varied stakeholders. You'll collaborate with external winery clients, assist our internal wine sales specialists, and work closely with the Direct Management team to enhance and optimise our campaigns.

The Brunch Direct channel specialise in expertly crafted phone sales campaigns, acting as an extension of the cellar door experience for our partner winery clients. We've worked with 150 wineries across Australia including Yarra Yering, Moss Wood, Cullen Wines, d'Arenberg & many more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist winery clients in curating their wine offerings for Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details (wine lists, pricing, promotions) are accurate and properly set up.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to optimize campaign offerings and align deals with overarching goals, driving improved outcomes for our partner wineries.

Zoho CRM Management:

  • Work alongside the Systems Support Administrator to ensure accurate input of campaign offerings into Zoho CRM, reflecting real-time data.
  • Assist in building and refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools.

Day-to-day operations:

  • Support daily operational tasks by communicating updates to the sales team and ensuring changes are reflected in Zoho CRM and other platforms.
  • Triage and manage queries from the phone sales team that require confirmation from winery clients, acting as a liaison to resolve these efficiently.

Stakeholder Training & Documentation:

  • In partnership with the Direct team lead, deliver engaging training sessions for the Wine Sales team, covering systems, processes, and sales-specific workshops.
  • Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for campaign processes and workflows, ensuring regular updates to reflect best practices and continuous improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Direct Management team, Wine Sales Specialists, and Marketing team to support campaign and operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in campaign or project coordination (or similar role).
  • Excellent proficiency in Zoho CRM (or similar platform), and project management tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience - able to use basic formulas and functions.
  • Organised with exceptional attention to detail, and strong self-administered QA.
  • Analytical, with a track record of working effectively in process-driven and collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distil complex and technical queries into accessible information for various audiences.
  • Experience in wine is beneficial, but not essential.

In this full-time hybrid position, you will be required to work at our Fitzroy offices on a regular basis.
