Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through the professionalisation and governance of the capture and bid phases of the Nova Systems Lifecycle Management Framework.

This involves working collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement successful capture/bid win strategies, managing all stakeholders and ensuring alignment of client needs and our value proposition.

Reporting to the Director Growth ANZ, the Manager Bid & Proposals will be responsible for maximising bid win rates for opportunities associated with Nova Systems' Australia and New Zealand focussed Business Units.
