Senior Submissions Coordinator Opportunity

A leading infrastructure and engineering services provider seeks experienced professionals to fill senior roles in our pre-contracts team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality EOI/tender responses that drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute bid strategies that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content and presentations.
  • Establish and manage bid fundamentals, including response schedules and writing plans.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure seamless knowledge capture.
  • Support the development of innovative bid practices and processes.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil contracting industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate key messages effectively.
  • Confidence to participate in and/or co-facilitate bid strategy meetings.
  • Ability to work on multiple bids concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to foster and sustain positive relationships with teams and clients.
