Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing winning bid strategies and proposals in collaboration with technical, client, and markets teams.
  • Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Highlighting the company's unique value proposition and challenging bid teams to develop innovative proposals.
  • Working across the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to proposal submission and post-submission activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role within professional services, construction or property industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
