We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to drive business growth through the strategic development and execution of bids for opportunities associated with our Australia and New Zealand focussed Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement successful capture/bid win strategies to maximise bid win rates for high strategic value and complex captures.
- Manage all stakeholders to ensure alignment of client needs and our value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background in bid management, preferably within the engineering services and technology solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
