Senior Bid Specialist Role

As a key member of our APAC Marketing and Pursuits team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid process. This includes bid management, writing, and crafting executive summaries, as well as contributing to win strategy development.

You will focus on ensuring the quality of all submissions, working closely with national and regional leadership to secure new opportunities across Brisbane. You will support our client sales funnel, develop compelling bid content, and apply client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies.

Your main priority will be aligning submissions with our strategic objectives, ensuring all responses reflect our strengths and values.

  • 4-6 years' experience in a bid-related role, preferably within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a successful track record in bid response writing and delivery, and managing the end-to-end bid process.
  • Experience in government tendering and tendering portals such as VendorPanel and Tenderlink and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
