Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Familiarity with MS Office products and other software applications
