About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to shape the human side of change across our integration, transformation, and regulatory projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business readiness or change roles, with the ability to translate complex change into practical actions that land well with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering the implementation of organizational changes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees, customers, and other key stakeholders. A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies is essential, as well as experience working across full project lifecycles from design and development through to deployment and support.

About You

  • At least two years' experience in business readiness or change roles
  • Proven track record in translating complex change into practical actions

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
