Job Title: Transformation Specialist

The Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal role in major ERP implementations, driving organisational change and process improvements.

  • Delivers finance transformation plans aligned with ERP goals.
  • Conducts change impact assessments to identify role and process impacts.
  • Coordinates stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
  • Supports development of training programs, scheduling, and completion tracking.
  • Assists with business readiness assessments to ensure teams are prepared for go-live.
  • Tracks adoption metrics, gathers feedback, and identifies improvement areas.
  • Prepares change reports and maintains communication materials for leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive change, improve processes, and support the adoption of modern ERP platforms.

Requirements include 5+ years experience in transformation, finance, or business process change within large-scale projects.

Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, or similar frameworks is required.

Experience with Finance and Budgeting system implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA) is desirable.

Familiarity with finance processes such as Period End Close, Reporting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting is also required.
