We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Scaled Business Growth Manager. This position will play a key part in driving business growth and revenue expansion across our enterprise portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising our clients on how to maximize their online presence and sales potential through consultative selling techniques and industry-leading advocacy.
You will also be responsible for driving client revenue growth, identifying new opportunities for upsells and cross-sells, and providing strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with our clients' goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to our clients on optimizing their user experience, recommending apps, integrations, features, services, and partners that best align with their goals and objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue retention, upsells, and cross-sells within the pool of Enterprise Accounts.
- Cross-Sell Sales Activities: Use consultative selling techniques to provide value to our clients while recommending the appropriate solutions to take their business to the next level.
- Research and Analysis: Research and understand your client's industry and business in order to provide best practices, advice, and guidance to help them grow and achieve key strategic outcomes.
- Account Management: Develop a thorough understanding of both our products and services and of the key attributes of our most successful clients.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of key issues impacting clients and lean on leadership for support and guidance.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience required in managing an enterprise portfolio or direct client consulting and selling within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Must have strong working knowledge/background of e-commerce and marketing ecosystem.
- Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills are critical.
- Qualifications: Familiar with foundational online marketing principles and best practices in the following areas - SEO, Paid Search, Affiliate, Display Advertising, Conversion Tools, Email Marketing, Social Media, and content (i.e. blogging and videos).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
