Job Title: Assistant Outlets Manager
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our food and beverage team in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and product awareness, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional while focusing on guest needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
