Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities in multiple outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with other departments to strategize on new product offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service.
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
