Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple food and beverage outlets, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with the Outlets Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality and efficiency. They will supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency in collaboration with the Outlets Manager.
  • Supervise and support staff, providing guidance on service standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize new product and service offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service.
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
