Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Outlet Operations Manager to join our prestigious food and beverage team.

About the Role:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to service standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings, driving revenue growth and enhancing guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge, promoting employee development and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions, driving sales and increasing brand visibility.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers, securing preferred partnerships and optimizing business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles, with a track record of reducing waste and minimizing losses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs, even in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
