  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Outlets Manager.","
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Outlets Manager in overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets.","
  • This includes collaborating with the Outlets Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency, supervising and supporting staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies, and handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.","
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment, excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service, and proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.","
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles, exceptional communication and organisational skills, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.","
  • The successful candidate will also be required to maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and assist in organising and executing special events and promotions.","
