**The Role & Team:**
We're seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join our Commercial team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing go-to-market plans across the product life cycle, including new product launches and range updates.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive commercial growth.
- Manage individual product lifecycle changes and ensure operational excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.
**Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a go-to-market role in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong project management capability and ability to translate strategy into practical terms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
