About the Role

We are seeking a 6-month, full-time employment opportunity for a HR graduate or a candidate with previous experience working in a HR Advisory role.

This fixed-term role has arisen from a new secondment within the team. We are looking for confident, people-focused candidates with an eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the development of a vibrant and welcoming People & Culture (P&C) team culture.
  • To contribute to the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • To assist in recruitment and employment relations.
  • To participate in active support and coaching on a one-to-one and team basis.

Latrobe Regional Health is a regional provider of a broad range of specialist health services across Gippsland. Our hospital expansion nearing completion offers improved facilities, including larger intensive care units and additional operating theatres.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
