Correspondence Officer Human Resources

**About the Role**: As the Correspondence Officer Human Resources you will provide administrative support with a high level of proficiency and accuracy to meet the needs of a highly functioning workplace. You will operate within a team environment managing the preparation of executive and non-executive correspondence and documentation and having the responsibility for record management in Human Resources.

- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
