**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Principal Consultant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive human resources team. You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player.

**About You**:
You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our family, share our purpose to deliver quality healthcare everyday to our community.
You will contribute to our team with your passion and expertise in human resources with:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
- capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
