About the Role
- Case management and conducting internal reviews and investigations of industrial matters and disputes, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation.
- Effectively manage cases in key areas such as performance management, grievance and discipline management, health management, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, workforce diversity and change management.
- Maintain and lead specific workforce portfolios as allocated by the Principal Consultant and Senior Director, Human Resources.
- Implement organisational change initiatives as identified by Logan Beaudesert Health Service Executive and directed by the Senior Director, Human Resources including development of implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain information systems in a timely and accurate manner to provide Human Resource information to identified stakeholders.
