About the Role
- Ensure Human Resource practices, procedures and policies meet contemporary public sector requirements by regularly reviewing their efficiency and effectiveness and contributing to their development, promotion, implementation and interpretation as they relate to employment within Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and Metro South.
- Case management and conducting internal reviews and investigations of industrial matters and disputes, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation.
- Effectively manage cases in key areas such as performance management, grievance and discipline management, health management, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, workforce diversity and change management.
