There is now a unique opportunity available in the South Eastern suburbs to join our high-performance sales team. You may come from a New Homes industry background or be interested in bringing your existing sales skills from another industry into New Homes Sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guidance and support to customers throughout their buying journey.
  • Champion Carlisle Homes product range and offers, showcasing our unique advantages.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and business growth.
  • Network and participate in external events, establishing a referral network with land agents and service providers.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and accurate quotations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Extensive expertise selling premium products or services, showcasing professionalism, expertise, and finesse.
  • Captivating selling skills that leave a lasting impression, setting you apart as a sales powerhouse.
  • Masterful negotiator, securing optimal outcomes and driving exceptional results.
  • Commanding communication skills, both written and verbal, that captivate clients and drive engagement.
  • Exemplary customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.
  • Proven ability to forge and nurture strong relationships for ongoing success.

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
