About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Communications Manager to join our Group People & Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation journey by leading and managing communications across various channels to engage internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation communication strategy, partnering with Change Managers and Workstream Leads to ensure alignment with our transformation goals.
  • Manage the transformation communication plan, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Support senior leaders with key program-related communications and tools, providing expert advice on change communications.
  • Oversee the transformation customer communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging visual collateral, including videos and infographics, to support our transformation initiatives.
About You
  • You have 8+ years of corporate communication experience, with expertise in internal/external employee and customer communications, as well as leading change communications.
  • You can connect business goals to communication strategies while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer communications, especially within an FMCG or transformation environment, is highly desirable.
  • You're confident advising senior leaders and can influence effectively at all levels of the business.
  • You're adept at working across traditional and digital communication platforms and can brief designers to create impactful content.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • You're able to juggle competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Your keen attention to detail ensures quality and consistency in messaging.
