About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Communications Manager to join our team at Asahi Beverages. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation journey and ensuring effective communication across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation communication strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead strategic communications for top transformation initiatives, partnering with Change Managers and Workstream Leads to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage the transformation customer communications calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging visual collateral, including videos and infographics, to support our transformation initiatives.
  • Develop best-in-class content for customer communications, leveraging expertise in internal/external employee and customer communications.

About You

  • You bring 8+ years of corporate communication experience, with expertise in internal/external employee and customer communications, as well as leading change communications.
  • You can connect business goals to communication strategies while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer communications, especially within an FMCG or transformation environment, would be ideal.
  • You're confident advising senior leaders and can influence effectively at all levels of the business.
  • You're adept at working across traditional and digital communication platforms and can brief designers to create impactful content.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • You're able to juggle competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Your keen attention to detail ensures quality and consistency in messaging.
