About the Role

Asahi Beverages is embarking on a multi-year transformation to drive growth, efficiency, and productivity. This enterprise-wide transformation requires strategic communication to ensure alignment with our goals. We are seeking a skilled Transformation Communications Manager to lead and manage communications across various channels, engaging both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for top transformation initiatives, collaborating with Change Managers and Workstream Leads.
  • Manage the transformation communication plan, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Support senior leaders with key program-related communications and tools, providing expert advice on change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the transformation customer communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective messaging.
  • Design and develop best-in-class content for customer communications across multiple channels, including digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Work closely with internal teams to produce engaging visual collateral, including videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of corporate communication experience, specializing in internal/external employee and customer communications, as well as change communications. You should be able to connect business goals to communication strategies, manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and advise senior leaders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer communications, particularly in an FMCG or transformation environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in messaging.
  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and influence effectively at all levels.
