Your Impact

As a key member of the Group Finance team, you will partner with our Finance Transformation team to drive growth and impactful change in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall financial delivery of the Transformation, ensuring results are delivered in a sustainable way and consistent with the company's strategy.
  • Act as a key interface between the Transformation team and the broader Finance team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Transformation Blueprint and delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Manage and lead specific Transformation projects, including cross-functional teams, to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Communicate the transformation financial progress to key stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Lead and support financial analysis on group transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform effective decision-making.

About You

  • Previous experience in a finance manager role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Previous people management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in transformation or change management environments, with a strong understanding of business partnering and analytical skills.
  • Strong business partnering, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess financial implications of decisions and recommendations.
  • Qualifications in CPA or CA, with a strong understanding of financial acumen and business strategy.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of business and financial analysis to enable effective decision-making.
