Job Title: Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team at VISEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying solutions that support customer business processes and requirements using Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

* Review and understand as-is processes within any business and suggest a more efficient model and workflow process.
* Liaise with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
* Translate requirements, change in requirements, and clarifications regarding the logic of the reports to the development team.
* Prepare various business documentations, including process maps, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
* Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
* Ensure client solution requirements are understood and met by applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform to design optimal client solutions.
* Create and deliver innovative, client-focused Salesforce solutions through team leadership, strong teamwork, initiative, and collaboration.
* Lead the delivery of assigned client projects and contribute at all stages of project delivery in accordance with VISEO Delivery Methodology standards.
* Provide clear visibility on the status of in-practice projects underway and planned.
* Provide functional expert and authoritative advice, guidance, and training within the areas of service and provide leadership in continuous improvement of delivery practices and adhering to CDM standards.
* Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders throughout a project to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.
* Liaise and work with technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications and business objectives and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
* At least 6 years' experience in a similar role
* Salesforce configuration and development experience
* Minimum 5 years of IT project delivery/consulting experience
* Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies
* Data migration experience
* Salesforce configuration experience
* Non-Profit Cloud Certified
* Expertise in fund raising and program management
* One or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications, or similar Salesforce ecosystem certification
* Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
* Deep understanding of and experience with SFDC architectural concepts (e.g., API and governor limits) and how they influence design.
