Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to spearhead the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM system, specifically utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role is essential in streamlining processes across various business units and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements specific to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current sales processes and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other critical business applications to ensure a seamless data flow and comprehensive view of customer interactions.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups, ensuring that all team members are equipped to effectively use Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in business analysis, with at least 5 years dedicated to CRM projects, specifically focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including hands-on implementation and configuration.
  • Proven track record in managing systems integration projects, particularly involving Salesforce and other business applications.

Work Environment:

Initially, you will need to work in the office to facilitate collaboration and rapid project onboarding. As you settle into the role, a hybrid work model will be adopted, allowing for 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work.
