As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Building relationships with customers to capture business opportunities and create value
- Managing time and territory to optimize client potential and sales productivity
- Representing the company brand and products in the marketplace
- Tracking progress and utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and report on sales performance
- Tertiary qualification is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently
- Hands-on attitude, able to demonstrate products and collaborate with various departments
- Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license

- Tools of the trade, including a fully maintained motor vehicle, fuel card, and mobile phone
