
Senior Business Development Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with key clients across the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors.
The role involves negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and business plans in collaboration with operational teams to meet group targets and goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet group targets and goals.
- Promote the Qube brand to clients within the portfolio.
- Prepare sales and business reports as required by management.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers.
- Manage and coordinate with customers on all contract-related issues.
Position Impact:
- Drive business growth and revenue.
- Enhance EBIT through effective contract management.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years in commercial or operations roles, focusing on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business, or related disciplines are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of contract management within the relevant industries.
- Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
