Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the company's strategic priorities, drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance
  • Oversee and optimize organizational operations, processes, and workflows, driving growth, scalability, and compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages continuous learning, growth, and collaboration
  • Take ownership of business operations in the CEO's absence, making informed decisions and driving the company forward
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the fundraising process, utilizing experience working in startups and knowledge of investor relations, pitch deck creation, and financial modelling
